Tell us about the process of creating your product?

Our wheat is ground in our mill every morning. The bread and cookies are done separately. We make "sponges", then we mix, rise, and bake the sponges. That comes out to 4 ours per sponge.

We sell wholesale. You can find our baked goods in Seattle, Tacoma, and Olympia stores.

What do you enjoy about this line of work?

The markets and the people.

There are none.
