What do you bring to the market?
Baked goods: breads, muffins, cinnamon rolls, and cookes.
Where is it produced?
In Yelm.
When is it produced?
Normally, are baked goods are produced 4 days a week. In the summer, we bake 6 days a week.
Tell us about the supplies that you use. Are they local, organic, etc.?
The supplies are ordered from a supplier. We use organic wheats.
How or why is your product unique?
Our wheat is freshly stone-ground everytime. We use no preservatives or oils. We only use honey and molasses as sweeteners.
What got you into this industry?
I applied for a job with the bakery.

Tell us about the process of creating your product?
Our wheat is ground in our mill every morning. The bread and cookies are done separately. We make "sponges", then we mix, rise, and bake the sponges. That comes out to 4 ours per sponge.
What else do you sell?
We only sell baked goods.
Where else can people find your products?
We sell wholesale. You can find our baked goods in Seattle, Tacoma, and Olympia stores.
What do you enjoy about this line of work?
The markets and the people.
What are the challenges of this line of work?
There are none.
