What year did you begin coming to the Proctor Farmers Market?
We've been at the market since 2009.
What size is your farm?
The farm is 52 acres.
Where/how else do you sell your produce?
We sell at Pike Place Market, plus 20 other markets, as well as at property. We're open to public Monday-Friday from 9-5 and Saturday from 9-3. If the gate is open, head on in!.
How long have you been farming?
47 years.
What do you grow?
We raise cows and miniature cattle.
What farming methods do you use? (pest control, fertilizer)
We use humane slaughter. We use no pesticides antibiotics, or hormones. We rotate the cattle, and feed them grass only .

What is one of your favorite things about farming?
I'm animal oriented. I love animals and talking to people.
What is one of the biggest challenges of farming?
No days off! In farming, vacations don’t exist. It's a year round job!.
What makes your farm unique?
We are the only producer of miniature cattle in the world. Governor Locke toured our farm with a Chinese Delegation.
Do you have special events at your farm?
We have tours available.
