Pacific Pasta
Our artisan fresh pasta is crafted with fresh semolina flour, eggs, herbs/spices and vegetables. We use pure & nutritious ingredients to make delicious fresh pasta. Our gourmet pasta is simple to prepare because it conveniently boils in just minutes.  There are many ways to make fresh pasta. Pacific Pasta uses a method called extrusion. The pasta dough is pushed through a quality Italian brass "die" that forms the pasta into shapes like fettuccini or spaghetti. Finally, the pasta is cut by hand, dusted with rice flour to prevent sticking and packaged in recyclable containers. The final product has unique qualities that only the traditional brass die extrusion process can achieve. The grooves and waviness of the pasta allows for your favorite sauce or cheese hold on to the pasta for a perfect bite every time!
